We welcome PDF project proposals and endeavor to provide feedback when possible. However, we can only guarantee a response to those we wish to discuss further. We do not accept unsolicited physical submissions.

In-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. Pre-ordered titles will ship within 3-5 business days of their launch date, unless otherwise specified.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way. For orders shipped using a tracked service, a tracking link will be included in the email.If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know as soon as possible via email.

In the event that your item arrives damaged, we can usually offer a replacement. Customers must notify us of any items that are received damaged within 7 days of your order arriving, otherwise we are unable to assist.
In the event that you would like to return an item that doesn’t fit properly for a different size - we can usually accommodate this, assuming that the size of the item you need is in stock. It is the customers responsibility to return their item to us, in its original condition. We cannot accept damaged or used returns.
