We currently cannot offer refunds. All sales are final at this time.
We assume no responsibility for any loss or damage to any goods during transit.

In the event that your item arrives damaged, we can usually offer a replacement. Customers must notify us of any items that are received damaged within 7 days of your order arriving, otherwise we are unable to assist.
In the event that you would like to return an item that doesn’t fit properly for a different size - we can usually accommodate this, assuming that the size of the item you need is in stock. It is the customers responsibility to return their item to us, in its original condition. We cannot accept damaged or used returns.
